A OR @?

Today, I'm gonna tell you about the following topic: "The Internet is a better invention than books"

The Internet has revolutionised the society. Before the Internet was invented, people couldn’t find free information very quickly. Nowadays, it’s very easy to search information by the Internet. People can find entertainment on the web too.

Books, on the other hand, have existed since the Egyptian period, where Egyptians used the papyrus. They contain a lot of information but they contaminate too, because to make them a lot of paper is spent. The Internet, however, doesn’t pollute and are used by a lot of people, but sometimes it contains wrong information.

On balance, I think that the Internet is a good invention because it’s more useful, free and faster, but books are more reliable.

And after this essay I add you these funny song to relax a little: " The Lazy Song" by Bruno Mars.

THE BASEBALLS

Today I'm gonna tell you about this particular and funny group.
The Baseballs was formed in Berlin in 2007. The members are Sam (Sven Budja), Digger (Rüdiger Brans) and Basti (Sebastian Raetzel). All of them are vocalists. Their musicians are Lars Vegas (guitar), Klaas Wendling (bass), Jan Miserre (keyboard) and Tomas Svensson (drums). They play rock cover versions of modern hits.
The Baseballs’ debut album, Strike!, was released in May, 2009. Most of the cover versions are pop hits like Umbrella (by Rihanna) and Hot n Cold (by Katy Perry). The band re-released the album in 2010 as Strike! Back!, including new cover versions like Chasing Cars (by Snow Patrol), Pokerface (by Lady Gaga) and No One (by Alicia Keys).
The last album that he had released is Strings 'n' Stripes.
Some of their cover versions have been hits in some European countries and they have been in their music charts.
And here the last hit that they have performed included in their last album, "Hello"

Chicago

Yesterday I went with some friend to Barcelona to see the musical Chicago. At one o’clock, we cached the train. We arrived and we look for a restaurant. We ate in a FresCo, a self-service restaurant. After that, we went for a walk and finally to the Tivoli theatre.
Chicago is a Broadway Musical that it was released for the first time in 1975. It’s about a satire on corruption in the administration of criminal justice and the concept of the "celebrity criminal" in the mid 1920's in Chicago.
At the beginning, we didn't understand anything but when the history was going in we started to complain the plot. The actors, dancers and musicians were completely professionals. The protagonists danced with very high hills and they danced with any problems.
In my opinion, there's an excellent musical but I think that the actors and dancers don't have the enough space to dance because the musicians were on the stage. If the musicians were under the stage, the actors and dancers would have more space to dance.
Here I add you the first scene of the musical: "Al son del Jazz"

Carpe Diem

Last weekend I was ill. I had a strong stomach-ache. For this reason, I stayed at home all the weekend watching movies. I saw The Karate Kid, Fame, Sherlock Holmes and The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. I’m a really big fan of this saga! I’ve read all of the books, and the next 18th of November will be released the first part of the last book: Breaking Down.
Is the second time that I see the film, and this discourse shocked me a lot: “When we were five, they asked us what we going to be when we grew up, our answers were things like: astronaut, president, princess... For when we were ten they asked again and we answered: rock star, cowboy, gold medallist... But now we have grown up and they want a serious answer, well about this: who the hell knows? This isn’t the time to make order fast decisions; this is the time to make mistakes, take the round train and guest lost somewhere, found in love, a lot; graduating in philosophy because there’s no way to do career in that, change your mind and change it again because nothing’s permanent. So make many mistakes as you can, and some day when they ask what we’re going to be we don’t have to guess, we’ll know”
And that’s it. We don’t know our future and we have to prove and make mistakes to know what we like. It’s true that when we watch films for the second time we observe more thing and details.
And today I add you thins song, “Till the world ends” by Britney Spears and it’s about that we have to “dance till the world ends”, to do the “Carpe Diem”.

See U Soon!
